Valkanov & Milanov Building Company Ltd is a successor of ISKREN – Milan Milanov, which was founded in 1992. Valkanov & Milanov Ltd is registered in 1998 as a company for building entrepreneurship related to public works and residential buildings. More than 130 highly qualified professionals work here. Iskren Milanov, Milan Milanov and Mikhail Valkanov are proprietors and managers of the company.

Since the company was created it has built 29 sites in its own capacity, 18 of them with the company’s private funding. As a whole the total floorage is more than 88 520 m2. The company has constructed 669 flats, 182 garages, 23 shops and 21 office buildings that are already in use.

For the necessities of basic construction the company has also constructed a large socially important and beneficial infrastructure: electricity distributing posts, heating mains, water mains, etc. At present the company is projecting the construction of buildings on its own terrain of more than 30000 m². The company has reconstructed numerous shops and has also built many detached houses in Sofia City.

Since March 1997 our company has been an authorized importer for Bulgaria of roof windows of the “Roto Frank AG” company situated in Stuttgart, Germany.

From October 2001 to October 2002 in the capacity of subexecuter to the German Company Emil Honinger our company constructed 7 residential buildings with 85 flats on an area of 11 762 м² at Schopenhauer Strasse in Munich. The construction was realized in time and in an excellent condition approved by the entrusting party – Munich Municipality in the person of the mayor Mr. Christian Ude. Since 03.12.2001 the company has been a member of The Chamber of Handicrafts of Munich and Upper Bavaria.

On 05.01.2004 the company received the certificate ISO 9001: 2000. We adopted and are now applying the quality control system in the field of complete construction of residential buildings, public works and infrastructural sites.

Valkanov & Milanov Ltd has won the award in the Average Production Section of the Bulgarian Building and Construction Chamber. Insignia of honour:
2004 – silver medal at the annual competition of the Bulgarian Building and Construction Chamber.
2005 – golden medal at the annual competition of the Bulgarian Building and Construction Chamber.
2006 - silver medal at the annual competition of the Bulgarian Building and Construction Chamber.
